Dear M. Lelarge,

    Thank you for being so patient with our treatment of your manuscript. The language barrier continues to give us great difficulty in getting to the heart of your concept, and only today have I received a review of the feature.
    We are still not ready to publish the document. We find the second version to be substantially better than the first, for our purposes, but it lacks the substantiation of your claims. That is, if the method works so well, let's include some experience dat a to show there is no hidden fault.
    Fortunately, one of our contributing editors will be in France on Monday and Tuesday, the 13th and 14th, of this month. Why don't you call him in Paris at (phone number)
    He will be able to discuss our editorial needs and suggest what might be added to your manuscript. Since he knows French, the conversation should go a great deal better than our transatlantic correspondence has.

    J'ai rencontré William H.
    Il fut impressionné par la possibilité, (et plus par les avantages), de ramener tous les documents de toutes les entreprises à un enregistrement unique en ordinateur:     Mais je devinais qu'il habitait la Hollande et travaillait à Paris pour une grosse banque... Sucker?
    J'ai donc rédigé un document en quinze jours et je l'ai envoyé à DIRECTION & GESTION. Une bien pauvre protection intellectuelle.
    Mais par la suite, j'ai compris que l'on ne pouvait comprendre sans passer par les "trainings". Sans changement à ce jour...
