Dear M. Lelarge,
We have had great difficulty with your manuscript. It is now our impression that you cover enough ground in the article to fill several textbooks' It is, of course, impossible to be so comprehensive in a magazine article.
Part of our problems have been with the language. We have tried our best to understand what you are saying.
Our best evaluation is that one part of what you are writing about might be a good subject for an article. This is the section dealing with the generic coding scheme for business data, which we think best applies to small businesses proprietorships rather than to countries, however.
While we do think that this discussion of input transactions would be useful to our readers, we must admit that the difficulties of rewriting your article to suit this end are insurmountable for US.For this reason, we are afraid we must abandon the project. If, however, you are interested in doing an article on this subject only, beginning from scratch, we will be most happy to review it.
Thank you for your patience. We appreciate your interest in Datamation and would be pleased to hear from you again
Sincerely yours,
