SUGGESTIONS to celebrate 2003, year of Joconde, Sophie Scholl, Lulu,

        Through my liturgical manias have I retarded, once more⁽²⁾, the progress of humanity? With which logic were chosen the official "2003 celebrations": Algeria and the handicapped people.
        No problem, we can improve their relation to 2003.

    (A) Suggestion: the celebration of Algeria will include among the "Lumières de l'Humanité", the Arab centuries, ( flourishing whereas YouRope vegetated, squatting in Aquiquinade and ponti'fecal and piss' copal nonsense).

Suggestion: decree on the right of  "reptiles"(3) to define "semitism" and to assign  the Gay-Sot law  to the fight against "antisatammism"... Corollary: publication of the definition of racism according to Schopenhauer.

    (B) Suggestion: the celebration of "disabled", will be linked with the 500th anniversary of MonaLisa, (Vinci being claimed by the "aspergers"),
    Corollary: Establishment of a "committee Albert", to study these children late to speak,⁽⁴⁾ but speaking immediately by complete sentences. A work which would honour Chaudronette, and Deputy minister Boisseau would find the key of the autism there.⁽⁵⁾
