A "Theory of Mind" is
inevitably a "Theory of  Conscience"
       I dedicate the following text to the pioneers of the 19th Century, who created psychology without knowing, not very well mentally: they were their own topic of study. It is necessary to come back to this method and to give a place to those that the Nature prepared...
     The following century replaced these explorers, by sorboniqueurs, (with legalised right  of "label-libel" to say whom to choose and whom to shut in), the priestly type  and even "satammu", which could facilitate their evacuation). To all, I recall that I gave up the diploma of psy-doc of the University of Geneva, (1950), because I did not see me with a title for visiting card, after calculating the speed of a wink and looking  at "patients"  assembling tips of wood. 
         I went therefore to Africa for an extraordinary "Rimbaud-Trobriand period".
"... and conscience will know, by the accomplishment of the action, what the " will " has decided a priori. Conscience therefore cannot provide enlightenment, precisely because it learns the result a posteriori... " (Schopenhauer)
And again a minute of silence for a lost opportunity.

1. Now or Never!
In March 1948, detached from the French Navy to the University of Beirut, I was looking at the Pigeons' Grotto. Magnificent sea. "Now or Never!", (at this time, I did not know I was "autist" but I had already a trick to shake our legendary inertia: the fear to lose an opportunity).  I dive. At mid-distance, the sea starts moving. Immediately, I swim in the tide of March, worse that the galloping horse of Saint-Michel. Chance of surviving, none. During the meal a Prof. explained that any attempt to swim in this place, at this period, sent you to prison.
    As a maniac of  introspection, I  often ruminated this experience. No film about my life! Just the synthesis of a life finishing stupidly.
    First flash: "This time the cork is a bit far..." AND  TIME DISAPPEARED! Strange: no fear of death, no call to help... (typical of a prosopamnesian).
    Second flash: a wall of water arrives behind me: "Jump above, otherwise..."
    Third flash: I am on a border. A friend climbs down, I show my arms paralysed and frozen. Pressing on my hands, he helps me to climb the path of fishermen. How much time in the tempest? How much time to freeze arms? The time had disappeared!
    In the language of today: "to live a strong moment"! Millions of French have fully "lived" in June 40: no time to think! Who answers this mystery:

that DISAPPEARS when I need it so much?"

1.1 "James-Lange" versus "Cannon-Bard"
    In front of a danger, what comes first? emotion and fear, or perception and vision of the danger? I cry because I'm afraid; or I'm afraid because I cry? James and Lange claim that I perceive the danger viscerally, which releases my fright. Of course: if I stop my tears, my sadness disappears. Cannon and Bard claim the contrary: fright results from perception: I can be sad without any need to cry. Stress comes from an injury, a grief of love, during an exam...
    I consider this debate as a sign that a correct definition for "conscience" escapes us: nevertheless, it is the term with most definitions, being implicit in all books of psychology, logic, education, moral, philosophy...

    As a prosopamnesian, (and other experiences from which I survived!), I add: "No heads in the head, no fear"; an advantage in case of danger. Nobody to call to help, fear does not appear; no loss of time, an immediate reaction saves you when a truck arrives. In such moments, while "normal types" lost their life, I truly had the impression of obeying a pre-registered solution. But I stopped driving when 60 years, through anxiety: "If my programming no longer acted any more?"

1.2 Conscience versus Unconscience
    (French having one word only, "conscience", we distinguish "prospective" from "reflexive" consciences, the first appearing in animals while the second being strictly human.
    Decided to end my curse, "prosopamnesia", I dedicated more than 4000 hours in "graphotherapy", (acquiring another speciality, "recognition of faces"). During courses with "model", I only drew the face. But s/he would move within the five first minutes, changing his/her heroic pose to a position of rest... I had to shape him/her during the first minutes, "getting an already presentable drawing", as told by Ingres; then ending ad libitum. I was aware of my existence during the minutes of rest granted to the model. My auto-portraits are "tense", (see Poussin, David, Lebrun, young Rembrandt...) but I do not feel the time to pass.
    Same total concentration in circuses, arenas, examination halls, hospitals, manifestations in street, courts, playing the piano, shootings and jumpings of all kinds... in factory, ( a worker is "trained", when he answers a question without stopping his work). In game rooms, youngsters on motorbike, rather ridiculous, reach 200 miles per hour without lifting one foot from the ground! Consult your gun champion: "Avoid thinking! a milli - second of lucidity and you miss". Most of athletes can show but not explain. Case of animals in circus.
    Today, "mental practice", "visualisation", "imaginary rehearsal"... manufacture a chain of the "not-thinking-Peles"... "When athletes use visualisation after relaxation, their performance does improve... a clear indication: the visualisation is "aware" and used to prepare an automatic act", (in "Psychology today" June 1999).

    Could this physical training be used in the soft world, for "problem-solving"?

"These are all tactics that people can use in their own lives, being aware that many of the exercises require time. They have to be practised in the same way that athletes practice their physical skills... ("Psychology today" June 1999).
2. The logic of  Evolution
A logic has to respect the laws of Evolution. Nature selects the winner that has already survived. The shark, surely a perfection as a machine to kill, pushes the inferior beings towards the swamps of the coast. A lot perish but their descendance develops another perfect animal, without enemy natural, the elephant. Perfect in time of famine, a mass of flesh, a month of banquet for any tribe.
    Suddenly, Nature re-packed claws and fangs, seeing the solution for a changing environment: Man adapting himself rapidly, and even changing his environment, auto-perfectible, because unfinished. Koestler has correctly seen but not understood. In factory we stop the products at the crude state, and we end them on order, (marsupials held the receipt but their baby was truly unfinished):
"You want claws? invents pliers, pincers! you want wings? manufacture them!
    Is this the key, the definition of soft autism? it is practically the definition of Dr. Milcent, ("problem-inside home mother"):
"A small mason that decides to build his house, with neither experience nor tools..."
Obviously, a child cannot reinvent everything.  But we must just help it, not "to decide for its good".  He is born with just a "starter", a "bios" called "gustatio", (attraction for  sweet and  repugnance for the rest), on which to graft Good and Bad. Should we say: "Soft undeterminism"?
2.1. Undeterminism versus determinism
    Locke could not solve Newton's puzzle since he was appalled by his genius. Popper had a best way though he did not apply it:
"Einstein's errors teach us more than his successes..."
Einstein, (and Planck, and Schrodinger...) were called "antediluvian" because they refuse "God playing dice". It's just "a remnant of satammism".
    If I accept "evolution" in the first living cell, starting to conquest our world, I must accept it in the first dance of the first atom... Probably what did my mystery philosopher, Peirce, who is, (with Wright his teacher),  to Darwin, what Locke to Newton and Popper to Einstein. Now, I trust Popper on Peirce, thinking that a real vision in World Two was bungled a strange logic in World Three...
    I understand the "men-in-black", the scientists of the "Belle Epoque"  saw determinism everywhere. The best proof in the "species": only animals to cross the line, the mare and the ass but the mule is sterile! No oak to lay eggs. No hen to lay acorns!
    But, contemplating her perfect work, Nature was sorry: no more progress! that's against her nature! So she created a being able to be fish and bird, crab and wolf, and rat and snake. The Twentieth Century was a success in industrial mass-killing, compensated by babies-cuniculiculture. And it will go worse till we understand that "reflexive conscience" was given to improve "prospective conscience", ending in a true definition of an "improved man".
     I preached Popper in the enterprises:
"to use a new technique, we must create a theory to use this technique "
I applied  to the computer, that was used to transpose, (without any change!), methods made obsolete by the mere apparition of computing. Today I preach the same rule for a correct use of our brain, a tool to improve ourselves, not to enslave others, an idea seen 5000 years ago, still acting unconsciously in many heads:
 "Misery for the many, ("others"), is prosperity for the few, (the Blessed and Chosen!)
    This could explain that the phenomenon conscience appears only in Zénon and associated? (see Julian Jaynes). This could explain that , to survive, "top-autists" had to take refuge under a universitarian umbrella. Where is the next  progress? in a thinking computer? (if it obliges us to think correctly, it will be sufficient and  better!) or in a better use of our brain?
3. Parts spare for the last noodigm

    Newton use four constraints, Darwin and Wallace? eight. Today we see  the usual stir which announces any noodigm and the existence of spare parts for a synthesis. I propose to imitate  Big Boss  that  decides without  all the desirable information.
____ - First, the bicameral system which reveals "a conscience because two brains", (not the opposite). After section of the "corpus callosus", you give a command to the right brain: "Close the gate". The "patient" stands up. "Why do you get up?" His left brain, totally unaware of the order, has an explanation: "I must phone... " Obviously, it could find ten arguments, (as the kid  hating  school): "I need a coca..."
____ - The contribution of Julian Jaynes, (in 1976). Difficult to know when, in which occasion,  "conscience" appeared. Cros-Magnon did not use  his "reflexive conscience" much. I consider the "Greek miracle " as the discovery by a few of their "self-awareness" completed by a will and need to share knowledge. Before these first humanitarians? the "satammists", had discovered that a few could  dominate the masses by preventing them any access to tools of conscience, such as  writing.

____ - Interesting, the table of letters of George Sperling, (by the way why not trying five letters by six or ten by four?): a test confirming the enormous capacities of the brain and its habit to clear the problems without consulting the "conscious talkative brain".

____- intuitions of "genial" neurologists:

"...Founded on instinctive customs, the social behavior of  man was submitted to the rules of education and  culture. Consequently, human knowledge knew an exponential growth. This progress has a ransom: the dependence of the thought  to the language leads  to  accept the current ideas and   conventional ways of thinking . In scientific invention, mathematical speculation or artistic creation, progress is often the work of geniuses which knew how to silence  what they had learned and to give free course to the revealing intuition of a thought without language. From Archimedes to Einstein lots of  examples... " (Jean Cambier and Patrick Verstichel, "THE RECONCILED BRAIN", Masson 1998)

____ - Libet and his discovery of a delay line, (rather similar to the process SECAM): HALF-a-SECOND! enormous time for electric synapses. This discovery  launched   discussions on a reversion in time; minimising the interest of this one half-minute delay, time to inspect all   memories, to seek preceding analogies or cases, for the event which has just occurred. (Obviously, a "prosopamnesian" thinks of "normal" which recognises a face so quickly whereas he needs two minutes, in the best case...)
In front of  a problem, does the right lobe examine all its resources? eliminating what does not relate to the problem present? take a decision and then only  informing the  "conscious" brain? For justification...
4. "Training" never seen without possible republication
    Many mysteries in my training,  with strange explanations: "Tomorrow was too early... or: "My brother never says "mylord" to a bishop, only "lord", because he is a baron... " I understood when the baron refused the "last sacraments". Maybe he thought, after thirty years, that Uncle Cardinal  and Little Brother had pulled his leg. In any case, the year  I made my holy communion, (with dispense of age, do you know another case?),  the castle was definitively close, with a great change of  material: instead of "chretin conditioned by castrating mother  aiming at quiet retirement as the first lady of a parish", they "reverse": "to  religionise" a bright kid:  a processing that only an  autist kid, "haut-fonctionnnaire with perseveration", could support.
    As well  making  a sugar-cup to contain boiling  water... I analysed the "religion problem" like any knowledge, as does any the "top-autist", ending with  a rare and precious collection of "Skeletons in VatiCave"...
    Ending by one month of insulation, (an invaluable kid is not locked up!). I will never know why I gave my people such a fright. Explanation of the " psychiatrist ": "I do not include/understand anything  your case, I send you back home." Other explanation? "You  work too much !", (not false: I used even the ascent to the third floor to swallow large Russian words like "vielikoliepnaia").
    Should I risk my explanation? very risky with most people, psychialist or not. I know the case of a girl student having a fit of "epilepsy", (and the sole case in her life!), the night before an important exam, (I need much more to experiment a fit!). But epilepsy and autism are strongly linked : some 'autistic" children pass from one to the other, almost naturally, like a seesaw. Such a fit is totally different from swooning;  it's brutal, instantaneous and when you awake, you're fresh like a rose, unable to remember what happened...
    This Comtean experiment   gave me a serious advance for a noodigm without language: I lived, consciously, "voice-hearing", "mind-reading", and bicameralism before it was described; and understood Schopenhauer before reading it.
4.1 Encounter with the puzzle of Locke:
    My first concern was to understand "how the brain of my 'locomotives'  functioned ", which lead out me right to the puzzle of Locke. Thereafter, I met with big bosses and bankers, (and with  "administrations", full of "decision-makers decided not to decide"). My play was to dazzle them on their ground, to obtain a talk on my philosophical craze,  "decision", (not the usual philo-slogans, "Cartesian doubt", "Kierkegaardian distress", "Socratic astonishment"...)
    Apparently, these superior brains acquire a capacity  to file and classify an enormous mass of information, to find the revealing detail? (is this a key for correct use of the computer?) Like using unconscious statistics, (as  some accountants digest  arithmetic); statistics, the language of Darwin, of enterprises and  life; statistics, the happiness of a "top-autist": after months of strenuous insipid work, in an obscure tunnel,  you get in one second, a revelation to  send  you to hospital...
    In  enterprises, I was attracted by the problems declared insoluble and by the illiterate workmen having an unexplained gift. I systematically confiscated all the problems of "stats", with a predilection for the odd one, "Instantaneous observations", "morphodimensionnal"...
    In the same way, I collect the intuitions of AND on my "geniuses"  (see those of Dennett and Lorentz in my Darwin).

4.2 Best method of decision?
that of the young  baroness, the most intelligent person  of the group: she stopped her brain and thought: "What would my father  make?" And it worked!  I still use the "prayer to the baron", (and it still works, to see Balaboum!) But we have fallen again in the great paradox:

"Use of this conscience that I must silence when it's  most necessary?"
    "Purge" the creactivists say. Stupid! and  impossible to stop our thinking. The only solution is to block it, to prevent  any answers. And to leave "free course to the revealing intuition of a thought without language...", as explained by Cambier.
    To think of an admired person, to recover the position a listening pupil.

4.3 " How did Pascal's brain function "?
    I find stupid the expression:  "imaginary math"; as  saying "Pascal knew less math than we, but he  invented them". As soon as the "researcher" gives up reality, he leaves for the 18th dimension, (it arrived to me while  writing an ideal program of ideal management !)
Young Pascal was probably top-autist, seeing  imaginary demons and hell, perfect to turn mad  a mind already frightened by the monsters which he invents naturally. In any case, Blaise is at the same time was curious about all, with a will to learn, (another sign of "soft-autism".
    Pascal  discovered  statistics, as Newton discovered  "calculus",  by solving a major problem; major for him, a moner-player. But recognition of a big advance requires  bastardisation: Leibnitz's binary was used for the Jesuits to convert the emperor of China and  statistics reduced to a Pascalian bet more than doubtful... Idem: Schopenhauer had to become the "Thinker of Belle Epoque".
    "There are few ideas" (according to Einstein), means

"Few brains  risk a journey in the World-Two of Popper".
    Leibnitz had a precise goal by inventing the "binary one": to prove that God did exist. Pascal was initially a pleasure-seaker, in need of easy money. He invented "martingales".  I regularly met such opportunities to reflect on the philosophy of mathematics:
____ - in 1939, in my lost village, I contemplated a genuine Bourbaki marching stupidly  with bayonet and gun, (at the orders of a généralissime suffering from  paralysing syphilis!) Later at the very place where the atomium of the first bomb was found: "Use of  math in operations of chemical purification and physical compression led to the maximum"?
____ - in 1973, the crisis of oil had a curious effect: the "Companies of Consultants" could hire great specialists: I worked  with Jacques, a first-class statistician. Extraordinary to formulate a solution: I had to recall him that "stats" is the language of managers,  and therefore, to a perfect solution,  both prefer a decision on incomplete information in the allowed time. Thereafter, he explained me that he fought boredom by imagining "mathematical plays". And he played them alone, of course, (the Polish Reverse, that  formula making  our computers whirr? was it just a game againt boredom?)
    I explained to him that I made "logical games". Making a survey for a Ministry of  Planification, Jacques borrowed  my "multi-layer system": he saw at once that in his investigation   a "pattern" was missing. Then, could my "trainings" improve our intellectual effectiveness? Could  concentration during any play or game expel the "conscience", make  possible an "auto-programming" of  the right brain?
      Professor Journet, who discovered paradoxical sleep risked a theory:
"The  dream could be a re-programming, according to  daily circumstances",
this could explain the differences of temperaments between children of a family). I surely approve, but,  (since Freud admitted  he influenced, provoked the dreams of his "patients")  I ask one minute of silence for a lost opportunity.  Who proposes a test, a prediction?
   Why should we stop on so promising a path? I always defined "true philosophy"
as a reflection on a personal experience. It is the opinion of Kant, of Schopenhauer and
of all "true-sophers". Therefore, "true philosophy" is a conscious research, a replica of the work done, (unconsciously, but it is an "outside view" of me, the sleeping partner...), by the brain, right and left lobes finally united for a same task in the sleep!
    The test that I propose? can you stop your thought three minutes? I stopped my
course of creativeness in 1976, after two trials because no one could make it.
Since, I found a way: to think about a person who impressed us, who taught privately, for a long time. Me? I have the baron", his  ejection of Edouard from the Elysée was impressive! (Herriot, then I offered the Baladin to his Manes).
    Attention: you shall stay with your "philosophy", the formation produced by your dreams using your experiences. Maybe nothing, case of the diplomocus memoris causa. Anyway, it could be useful:  to understand at least that the computer could think, as those human brains  that don't think...

4.4 A training centred on problem-solving
    My childhood was centred on  "problem-solving". I hated to play with  other children and was happy only in the workshop with the tools of my father. My first play? at five years, I wanted to know if I dreamed all the night: "or my brain stopped and I could die; either for whom did it work?" I had to think of my dream as soon as awaken. I renovated introspection, (that's why I'm interested in Maine de Biran).
    "Guru" stopped having a  servant because he intruded at the privileged times, meals, (I cook "like a Chef"). Already "important" in 1900, (like the baron), it stuffed me a strange Latin,  stuffed with Greek philosophy:

"Quos vult perdere Jupiter, prius dementat",
    One day he would predict I'll be the Antichrist, another  I would be pope; but showed me to make  mayors. The baron taught me much better, (to read an event, to blackball an Elysean...) He transformed each meeting into an editorial committee, even when I was driving him .
    My years of philo? once a week, I met a true philosopher, (today in Big PhiloBook), who taught  me: "A philosopher writes a page each day, for himself"!). We spoke real problems. I left with twelve books. Prohibited philosophers, even Great B., his personal friend! "You will read his books when thirty years old ...", (when  a mind  has acquired a critical spirit and a minimum of experience). When thirty, the majority had lost all interest for me. Perhaps a philosopher should be read at the age he wrote his book?

4.5 Pilgrimage to Sources
    I define  "top-autism" as the sense of the opportunity. I was initiated, (in 1953), in a lost tribe geographically protected from our "civisation": the Foreign Legion freed this African Vercors, (building a stiff road, 15 degrees), and immediately a "fada" planted his tent. Thanks to him, (I  paid him with sand trucks), I was probably the second White Man to visit this replica of antique and genuine Palestine.
    Visit to the battle field of my ancestors, promise never  to meet my enemies on the other side of the ravine, (soft racism ready for explosion). I saw me, asaggai in my hand, fighting these neighbors, or hunting  the buffalo. Make silence : a noise will put my tribe in danger. Extreme tension. Suddenly, it's over! we won! plenty of meat! we can breathe,  jump, dance, cry of joy and shout with the tears, sing, repeat, congratulate, blame, comment, replay the action one hundred times, for us and for those that missed the day.
    I lived the invention of  dance,  theatre, the épopée of my tribe and his battle song. Each time,, my ancestors improved their internal technique: they improved their techniques, PROGRAMMING and REPROGRAMMING their right brain. Some believe this  "training" impossible. However Prophet Freud and Daughter write it unconsciously and Schopenhauer  had a presentiment of it two centuries ago! Dreaming, a preparation for future fights?
    No autism for the children. The new-born baby visits his village with the back of his mother and all hail him. According to our "psychiatrists, "when a brother arrives, it is underprivileged compared to the Little White Man". On the contrary, a sister or a  succeeds and he lives in a little republic. With an adapted language. To refuse the company of  other children and to seek that of the adults, (case of Einstein, and mine), would be sign of autism. In fact,  children need two worlds: adults to protect and teach them; children to socialise.
    Programming the right brain is possible at the times of emotions, errors, losses, frauds. And the assistance, the encouragement and correction must be immediate; which confirms

"to educate a child, a whole village is needed... "
    Thus, when cuniculiculture appeared  babelborroughs, I had no merit to shout in three languages:
" Break their Nests, they'll break your chests"
    The problem today is to compensate the victims for this "Barbary with a divine mask", soft replica of the medical tests in Dachau... A not so long time ago,  robbing water or electricity was not punishable by the law. I awaited a copyright for the software, twenty years. It is necessary now that  "soft crimes" should be treat like "hard cases".
    "A whole village to educate a child", correct, but insufficient, (many "racisms" do it well!): "education", (and even "man"), should be redefined . But at a top-level. And a  young brain cannot wait!

5. Conclusion: two attempts of synthesis
    I am probably the only "philosopher" that  puts the "decision" at the center of philosophy (with a certain contempt for the usual philo-slogans, "doubts", "distress", "astonishment"...)  Naturally, I get along better with the managers who acquired an experiment and accept to crown their life like Locke.

5.1 A synthesis of discoveries described in chapter 3:
will  confirm the intuition of Schopenhauer:

"...the "will" has decided a priori the accomplishment of the action. Conscience therefore cannot provide enlightenment, precisely because it learns the result a posteriori... "
    Of course, we now know the addresses  of "conscious conscience" in the left  lobe, and of "will", probably the "unconscious conscience" in the right lobe... I don't like big easy words, like "ego", "I", "me, "id", "ça", more than "Platonic ideas".

5.2 An immense theory of systems to discover,
    Do you admit the parallel between "hard " and "soft" world, seen by Spinoza:

" the command and connection of the ideas are the same ones
as the command and connection of the things "...
and the two principles of  Evolution:
"A negligible event can have an immense effect"
"Nature makes all new things with old ones",
    A dogma for me, (could Nature find elsewhere?), and the possibility to crown:
"The most increible crossing of the XXth Century"

    Evolution is strictly a selection of  beings that had a better solution at a given time. But the true solution for man?

"to have the solution before encountering the problem"
    And to find it within the half-second of Libet. If I do not find it? But the highest creativity is elsewhere.
    An engineer of Airbus  finding enormous tubes in Hamburg, large motors in Glasgow, radio sets in Toulouse, immense boards in Milan understands each element relatively to the other and joins them together mentally. Apparently, few people are able to do this in the soft world :
to join together disparate events, without links, caused and exploited by people who never saw the others...
It is however the crowning of a progress started by Jules Ferry. After Sedan, France needed officers able to read maps; and of  workmen seeing a part in a drawing, (to compensate for the delay with England). That is  "Bi-layer-thinking". Why not "Ten-layer-thinking" and more?
    What I did for my "Management Integrated  System", a "pagoda of systems" summed up in a  "table of generic codes". Why was it not found sooner?  because of the "fayolisation" prohibiting  contacts between different formations and "vocations", because  documents are manufactured individually by employees... However, it is a created artificial system, easy to dominate, to reduce to  one "only  record" in the computer. I had an advantage:  I built and run a factory completely alone: the two  chief-masons gave up quickly and I carried all   in my head. Seeing the results of "fayolisation" in the entreprises, I thought immediately:
"the total obstacle to any serious computerisation..."
    While waiting for a copyright, (during 20 years), I started on a new search:
"was this fantastic synthesis possible in the world of the ideas"?
Indeed behind absolute simplification, the table of " generic codes ", it had formatted each case there of " systems ", all similar. A surprise awaited me, while writing a " History of  Thought during  5000 years: the majority of  philosophers repeated their predecessors, (you see now why we started with a "philosophy"), just modifying some elements in a previous "system".
Einstein's idea:
"Very few ideas!" became: "Very few thinkers having ideas"!
    Then, will the computer think? It will be only a prolongation of our brain. Creativity is not its field, but
It will be able to think as those thinker that do not think.

6. The computer will think like a not-thinking-thinker

    My experience as a teacher leads me to prefer:

"giving a striking example, even stammering the rule"
to:
"knowing the rule, and erring  in the application".

6.1 In  the "Jesus Affaire", we  find a whole  chain of substitutions:
____ - initially we go back to Zorro Babel, the true " Messiah ", liquidated under mysterious conditions, against insurance which he will return after 500 years. Thus, the purpose of the "Messiah" is to calm followers.
    Therefore, the "system  joKriss" delayed the explosion during thirty years, until the assassination of James, the brother and successor.

6.2 Sedan,  two systems with gun in the centre:

Thus, one more substitution in the long-recoil 75 system... Anybody with a "training" in "hard-soft" will smile.
____ - And so on... Do you see other "Messiahs"? by the hundreds! Napoleon, Franco, and even Hitler.

    For various reasons the   computer, even  with synthetic neurones, will not think: silicon is not carbon;  to create, a motivation is necessary; and a sentimental shock. How to motivate it?  making one madman more. But why create an artificial brain while the  majority of human  brains are neglected, stupidified by decision? There remains a solution: ask it what it can make through its power and vigilance: perhaps then  it could, in a event, detect hidden structures that we do not recognise? and update a "pagoda".

7. Civilisation, which remains in the right brain...
when it the left lobe has  forgotten all".
    To become conscious of an event, in the course of execution, to explain it, to judge it, is not the goal of the "reflexive conscience" run by the left lobe. Its role is to create a better response in case of a  renewal of the event. Thus appeared the harpoon, the needle, the axe, the bow... Then  man invented "toolectuals ", to count and measure... Our "thought" depends on unconscious structures, written in the right lobe,  that  refuse, or  recognise and accept according to its programmation. A change in education is essential.
We must
____ - accept the autonomy of  children,  teach to them "bases-for-thinking " and general principles for the life in society. Devils and Dominations,  avoid.
____ - give up producing  a kind of  "diplomocus memoris causa", the fashion during thousands of  years as described by  Mary Carruthers, (in "The Book of Memory", 1990, Cambridge University):

"Memory was the psychological faculty valued above all others... human learning (was) above all based in memorative processes... the written page was understood to be a memory device... reading itself was regarded as an activity of the memory. "The conclusion seems that professional rhetoric teachers had little role in the initial development of medieval arts or memory", (page 150). "Memoria can be considered as one of the modalities of medieval culture (chivalry might be another). It has identifiable and verifiable practices and procedures that affects a variety of cultural phenomena (the makings of books, the layout of the Bible, citational habits, classrooms diagrams, the prevalence of certain tropes in poetry, the compositional structures of sermons",(page 260).
____ - But especially,  create unconscious reflexes of problem-solving,
and it seems that my  "trainings" are the solution.
7.1 Schopenhauer,
(my choice as "the philosopher for the  IIIrd Millennium"),
 passed very close  to the truth:
"Conscience therefore cannot provide enlightenment,
precisely because it learns the result a posteriori... "

    What do we make when the editor asks us to add 40 pages so that our masterpiece does not appear "poor" in his collection? Therefore Schopenhauer produced  four presentations of his intuition:
____ - for a thesis to be a "doctor",
____ - for his students,
____ - for the Learned Societies,
____ - for the " pessimists of the Belle Epoque ".
    He spent his time embroidering, turning around the bush, (in World-Three), without  really understanding  what he, (or his father?), had  felt in World-Two. I do not reproach our Byron of the Thought for  being unaware of the bicameralism but he surely enjoyed a suffering position, a bit dandysopher waiting for his  hour of triumph, satisfied to ape Kant:

"I will be understood in one century "?
    We need an Arthur. What will the "the World and its Representatives" make of him,  make to him ?
They will botch his WEB!
